Elspeth Lamb Counselling provides a safe and supportive space for clients. The counselling services are tailored to meet your individual needs and help you on your journey to healing. Elspeth specialises in a range of areas, which include anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues.
Elspeth works across the following modalities:
EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a therapeutic method aimed at relieving distress linked to traumatic memories and adverse life events.
Psychodrama: is a therapeutic method where individuals engage in action methods and group interactions to explore and address personal situations and conflicts.
EFT: Emotionally Focused Therapy assists in nurturing and strengthening your relationship within a compassionate and understanding environment, fostering increased intimacy and bonding.
Cancellation policy
If there is a cancellation with 48 hours' notice or more, no fee, less than 24 hrs $80.00, no show full cost of the session.
Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and our practice. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made in writing. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notification may result in the full fee being charged. Our cancellation policy is in accordance with legal requirements and professional guidelines. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse further appointments if our cancellation policy is not adhered to.
